Food/Outdoor Vendors:

Space is limited, and we avoid duplication, so prospective food vendors must submit the following

• complete menu or product inventory
• photo of trailer/tent as it will appear on a fair grounds with size dimensions
• your contact information
• DO NOT complete a commercial vendor application.  Upon consideration of booth, Scott County Fair will send you a Food Vendor/Outdoor Vendor contract

Commercial (Indoor) Vendors:

Send the following completed forms to the Scott County Fair Office:

1. Certificate of Liability Insurance (from your insurance company) current to cover the dates of the fair.
2. Commercial Space Lease Agreement for 2009 
3. State of Minnesota form ST-19
4. Payment required
5. Deposit check
